Your dreams, your wishes, are in focus in therapy. You define a goal, and it is my job to help you get there. Reaching your goals is only possible in a safe room filled with love and understanding, where you can be yourself, and feel free to explore different levels of your being.
I do also lifestyle counselling (mostly based on ayurvedic principles and my knowledge as a physiotherapist and yoga teacher) and parental counselling.
